Had to wake up early for this one. I think the individuals on the memorial really add to the photos.
Runner in Front of the Lincoln Memorial
Last night and this morning was pretty dull in DC. But I was at the Washington monument looking at Lincoln and all of a sudden a runner stop directly in line of Lincoln and made himself a great subject for me.

It was cloudy all day Saturday and didn't expect anything for the sunset. As I was walking to the Lincoln Memorial, I saw the sky explode and had to run to get photos.

Capitol Reef National Park definitely deserves more fame for what it is. It was incredible seeing those colorful trees near the visitor's center.
Franconia Ridge Loop Trail
The Franconia Ridge Loop Trail is one of the top hikes in the White Mountains. It has beautiful views but isn't to be taken too lightly.

The Crow
I was at Rocky Mountain National Park taking a very wet walk when I was this crow. I'm surprised it didn't fly away since I took it at 53mm.
